Kundalini Bodywork is a holistic practice that helps awaken your kundalini energy—your innate life force. This practice clears energetic blockages, supports healing, and reconnects you with your heart, body, and true self. It’s a gentle yet powerful process that unfolds uniquely for each person, guided by your own energy and readiness.
While practices like KAP and Shaktipat involve transmitting energy from a facilitator to the recipient, Kundalini Bodywork focuses on activating and supporting your own natural energy flow. It’s about empowering your body’s healing capabilities and encouraging the energy to rise naturally.
Each session is unique, as your body and energy guide the process. You may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, or shifts in awareness. Sessions are conducted in a calm and supportive environment, with you lying down comfortably while I facilitate the energy work
To get the most out of your session, follow these guidelines:
Avoid eating (heavy meals) at least 4 hours before the session.
Eat light, plant-based meals (vegan or vegetarian) for 3 days prior to the session.
Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for 4 days beforehand.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing; your body temperature may fluctuate during the session.
Kundalini Bodywork is a natural and gentle process, but it’s not suitable for everyone. I don't offer sessions to pregnant women, and schizophrenia is a contraindication for this practice. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to discuss whether Kundalini Bodywork is right for you.
After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, more connected to yourself, or experience emotional and energetic shifts. It’s recommended to drink plenty of water, rest if needed, and avoid overstimulation to integrate the experience fully.
This depends on your personal goals and journey. Some people feel significant changes after one session, while others benefit from regular practice to deepen their transformation and healing.
