Hello, I am Anna de Vries
I’ve always had a passion for personal development and a belief that there’s something more to life—a deeper connection waiting to be discovered. My true awakening and journey into healing began after the traumatic birth of my oldest daughter, a time when I found myself in what I now call a “frozen” state. For much of my life, I mostly lived from my head, feeling disconnected from my body and heart. I felt a certain coldness, as if I couldn’t truly connect to myself or others.
Interestingly, my Dutch last name, “de Vries,” can be interpreted as “de-freeze”—a fitting metaphor for the process of melting and softening. Kundalini Bodywork has been exactly that for me: a practice of releasing, and opening up.
This journey back to myself has been a transformation from head to heart, and kundalini has been a powerful guide along the way. I’ve completed Level I and II of the Kundalini Bodywork education at MU Coaching in the Netherlands, and I am also a reiki practitioner. Through kundalini, I am learning to soften, to open my heart, and, most importantly, to love myself. This transformative path has reintroduced me to a joy for life that I now love to share with others.
Currently, I work in communications, which has taught me the power of clear connection and understanding—skills I bring into my healing work as well. In my practice, humor and joy are essential. I believe life shouldn’t be taken too seriously, even when facing its greatest challenges, and I aim to bring laughter and lightness into every session.
I see the unique potential in every person I meet, and I am passionate about helping those who feel “stuck” reconnect with their heart and body. If you’re ready to align with your higher self, I would be honored to guide you on this journey.
